I recently went on a trip to NYC with some girlfriends. Although this wasn't my first time in the big apple, somehow it was this particular trip that made me fall in love with all things New York. I was captivated with the sights & sounds, the energy, all the beautiful people, the diversity, history at every corner, amazing food, the arts, the unique blend of city & nature... there's nothing quite like it. Don't get me wrong, I am a California girl through & through, but part of me [I can't deny] belongs in an exciting place like New York City. It's hard for me to describe how incredible this trip was, but one thing's for certain... this trip would not have been the same without the five other woman traveling with me, I'm honored to call them my friends. These ladies continue to give me incredible amounts of inspiration and joy, which has been the greatest blessing to me (thank you). I'm happy to say that they made this New York experience all the more sweeter. (And meeting up with John Woods at Central Park wasn't too shabby either!)
Below is a "sneak peek" of upcoming blog posts about our great adventure in the big apple.

Woodstock Festival, Poland.
Woodstock was known for music, mud, and the carefree spirit that captivated the year 1969. The Woodstock Festival in Kostrzyn nad Odra, Poland, tries its best to recreate the experience by building giant mud pits where thousands of people gather to wrestle and dance to the beat of the music. About 700,000 people attend this 3 day festival every year, featuring over 70 bands. I would absolutely love to experience the insanity of this Polish festival. Who wouldn't want to run and dance head-to-toe in mud while listening to epic live music??
